Shipping policy

In terms of sustainability, we refrain from pre-producing large quantities and then storing them. Therefore, the product is only made fresh for you after receipt of the order. The delivery time is approx. 4 weeks.

There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated shipping time:

              • withing Austria 4 weeks
              • Europe-wide 4 weeks
              • Worldwide 5 weeks
Shipping within Austria: 6,90€

Shipping to EU & Switzerland: € 15,00

Please note, that outside the EU, customs costs may apply, which must be paid by the recipient. Shipping Worldwide: € 29,00

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your by.highflyers package leaves our shipping warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from us so that you can track exactly where your package is.

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to become active.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have the right to return any item you have ordered to us within 14 days.

In general – please take care of the return shipping yourself (simply return it as cheaply as possible). The return shipment is to be borne by the buyer.

  • As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the purchase price.

In this case, we ask you to send a email message to office@byhighflyers.at so that we can quickly refund the entire amount.

The buyer bears the costs for the return! Unfortunately, we cannot accept freight collect shipments!


After we received your return, we will process it withing 3-5 working days. The credit is made in the same way as the payment was originally made.

In addition, we would be pleased to receive a possible reason for the return so that we can further improve our products.
